ICOPhone™ is ICON’s proprietary Interactive Voice and Web Response system (IVR/IWR) that has 850 implementations to date. ICOPhone’s turnkey services comply with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and are in use in a number of multi-country, multi-lingual clinical trials.
Using ICOPhone™, ICON’s Interactive Technologies group has managed over 50,000 sites, more than 25 million patients, and has supported over 65 languages in more than 85 countries.
