ICOPhone™ is ICON’s proprietary Interactive Voice and Web Response system (IVR/IWR) that has 850 implementations to date. ICOPhone’s turnkey services comply with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and are in use in a number of multi-country, multi-lingual clinical trials.

Using ICOPhone™, ICON’s Interactive Technologies group has managed over 50,000 sites, more than 25 million patients, and has supported over 65 languages in more than 85 countries. We are pioneers of IVR, IWR, and ePRO technology, and have a proven track record of using our technology to help our clients manage their clinical studies.
